Six Sigma Yellow Belt CertifiedOwner Michel Bervaldi has been repairing foundations for over 40 years, first in Montreal and, since 2016, across Western Colorado. Joadie Bervaldi runs the business side of the company.
Our inspectors, project managers, and installation crews all work directly for Aspen Foundation Repairs. The person who diagnoses your foundation and the crew who fixes it are on the same team.

Joadie Bervaldi is the CFO and Head of Human Resources at Aspen Foundation Repairs. Running the organizational and business side of the company, she makes sure the values of integrity, quality, and community are woven into every part of our daily operations.
We believe our strength lies in our people. Joadie champions a supportive, thriving workplace built on mutual respect and professional excellence, and her leadership brings our project managers, inspectors, and installation crews together under one vision — delivering seamless, top-tier service to families and businesses across the Western Slope and Roaring Fork Valley.
Guided by her Christian faith, Joadie sees business leadership as a platform for service. She gives back through local volunteer work and community outreach, because for her repairing the foundations of local homes goes hand in hand with lifting up the people who live in them.
When she isn't supporting the team at Aspen Foundation Repairs, Joadie can be found volunteering in the community or enjoying life on the Western Slope.
